Massachusetts drafts new rules for social cannabis use

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Massachusetts is considering allowing public marijuana use, with new regulations drafted by the Cannabis Control Commission.

The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission has outlined three types of licenses for social consumption and is currently accepting public comments on the proposed regulations.
