NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) — A prominent figure in Oklahoma’s law enforcement community, Nathaniel Tarver, is retiring after decades of service across the state.
Chief Tarver sat down with News 4 on Friday to reflect upon his remarkable 46-year legacy.
“My mom always told me, when you go into a situation, to leave that situation better than what you found it. And I think with the people that I’ve worked with around here, I think we were able to do that,” Chief Tarver said.
