Houston police have arrested a 16-year-old male in connection with a fatal shooting at 15155 Richmond Avenue on Monday evening, August 18.
The suspect has been charged with murder and referred to the Harris County Juvenile Probation Authorities. Because the suspect is a juvenile, his name and photo are not being released.
The victim, a 22-year-old male, was found unresponsive inside an apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences…
