WAYNESBORO, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Burke County sheriff no longer wants to seal some proceedings involving his budget lawsuit against county commissioners.
Several months ago, Sheriff Alfonzo Williams sued commissioners with a writ of mandamus – a case requesting that a judge force a government body to do something or stop doing something.
