BROOKLYN, NY – A 68-year-old woman was punched in the face multiple times during a violent encounter in Williamsburg Wednesday evening, and police are now searching for two suspects involved in the broad-daylight ambush.
The assault unfolded around 7:41 p.m. on August 13 in front of 21 Manhattan Avenue, where the victim was sitting inside her vehicle. According to police, a man approached the driver-side window and initiated a verbal dispute with the woman. When she exited the vehicle to confront the man, a second individual—identified as a female—suddenly attacked her.
The woman was punched repeatedly in the face before falling to the ground, where she sustained swelling and pain to her face and body.
The two suspects quickly fled the scene in a gray four-door sedan, heading eastbound on Varet Street. Their identities remain unknown…
