CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — After several recent business closures, Clarksville leaders are discussing ways to combat struggles of their downtown area.
On Thursday night, Clarksville’s Economic Development Council brainstormed several idea ideas to help struggling downtown businesses, including incentivizing artists to have events at F&M Bank Arena.
