Brooklyn, N.Y. (WBEN) - A legal filing has surfaced linking the owner of the tour bus company involved in Friday’s deadly I-90 crash to prior regulatory troubles in New York state. M&Y Tour Inc. owned the bus that overturned, killing five people and injuring dozens more Friday afternoon on the Thruway near Pembroke. The bus was returning to New York City from Niagara Falls when it crashed.
