10-year old Trey Harrison was admitted to Nemours Children’s Hospital on the evening of March 30, 2025, after being airlifted from a serious crash on Route 273 near Christiana. Trey suffered severe injuries.
He had been riding in the back seat of the family vehicle, when New Castle County Police said their small SUV was hit by another speeding vehicle, crossed over the median, and hit a New Castle County Police SUV head-on. The impact tore the family’s SUV in half.
