Two-A-Days: Williamsburg alum Blythe takes over as head coach

WILLIAMSBURG, Iowa — A year after getting bounced in the first round of the playoffs, Williamsburg is hoping for a better run in 2025.

The Raiders lost their QB and most of their offensive production to graduation. And their long-time head coach Curt Ritchie left to become the head coach at Cornell College.

Now the Raiders will have Austin Blythe as their head coach. Blythe is a Williamsburg graduate who played on Iowa’s Rose Bowl team in 2015. He played 7 seasons in the NFL before retiring in 2022…
