EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso native Stephanie Han will step back in the ring for her 11th fight of her professional boxing career on Saturday night.
Han, who is 10-0 and the current holder of the WBA female world lightweight title, will take on Paulina Angel (7-2-1, 3 KOs) at the Caribe Royal in Orlando, Florida.
The bout between Han and Angel is part of Most Valuable Promotions’ ‘MVP Fight Night: Rivera vs. Cordova’ event.
The fight against Angel will be Han’s first defense of her world title that she won back in February. It will also be Han’s first fight with Most Valuable Promotions since signing with them in June.
