LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The population of Lubbock is growing dramatically this weekend as Texas Tech students move back into the dorms.
So, if you drive near the campus, you are advised to use caution, as thousands of students are crossing streets and parking lots to unload their belongings and move into their dorm rooms.
