McKinney considering development code amendments after SB 840 passes

McKinney officials are considering changes to the city’s Unified Development Code as Senate Bill 840 is slated to take effect Sept. 1.

The bill requires certain cities to permit multifamily and mixed-use residential developments in all nonresidential zoning districts.
