TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department is disputing a claim by the Pima County Attorney’s Office that officers failed to read a suspect his Miranda rights before interviewing him.
Earlier this week, Daniel Hollander reached a plea deal and was sentenced in a case involving threats made against a southern Arizona school.
Hollander received 1 1/2 years in prison, with a credit of 214 days for time served. He also received probation for 10 years. That sentence was met with shock from some in the community as well as elected leaders…
