(WGHP) — When you go through something like Hurricane Helene, you never forget it – and you probably imagine that you’ll never have to go through that, “100-year event,” again.And then, every time you get a heavy rain, again, it all floods back.
“I hate to admit it but I want to be honest with you,” says Carter Francois. “Every time that it rains like this, there’s a place in my head that goes back to Hurricane Helene.”
