BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting that occurred in early August.
The BPD says East Precinct Officers were dispatched to the 7300 block of 1st Avenue North on August 6 on a report of a business being shot into. Officers learned that a male suspect became irate in Family Dollar and discharged a firearm before exiting the building.
