Bakersfield businesses react to extreme heat wave as temperatures reach over 105 degrees

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Friday was a scorching day in Kern County, in what could turn out to be one of the hottest days of the year.

With it close to being 110 degrees outside, residents and businesses in Kern County are braving the heat.
