Further details revealed in officer-involved shooting, SWAT standoff on Fieldspring Drive

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — As officers approached the southwest Bakersfield home on Saturday night, the sound of glass shattering rang out just above them.

Shortly after, a “long gun” poked out the broken window before the weapon fired at the officers, according to a newly-released court document.
