BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A vacant home on Forest Avenue has been deemed a total loss and will have to be demolished after a fire broke out Friday night, according to a Buffalo city spokesperson.
The Buffalo Fire Department responded to 113 Forest Ave. around 10:30 p.m. Friday. Another fire also broke out at the same address late last month, causing $140,000 in damage.
