COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – We’ll have to get through some scattered showers and storms tonight and into Sunday, but big changes are on the way once a cold front pushes through late Sunday into Monday. Behind that front, we’ll feel the difference with lower humidity and much cooler nights – morning lows dropping into the 60s all week. Afternoon highs will also back down into the 80s, giving us a nice break from the summer heat. The front also sweeps away a lot of the moisture, so rain chances stay very low through most of the upcoming week before creeping back up by next weekend.
