ROCHESTER, N.Y. — There is currently a police investigation near Saratoga and Smith Streets in Rochester.
A News10NBC photojournalist was at the scene and saw multiple Rochester Police officers and them blocking off part of the road with caution tape.
Our crews also saw a bike lying in the roadway.
