HOUSTON (KIAH) — Authorities are investigating a string of burglaries in the Heights, with investigators focusing on a suspected serial offender.
According to Precinct One Constable’s Office, Jose Espinoza is the prime suspect in the thefts, which have targeted at least three residences.
