KANSAS CITY—Two Kansas City men face charges for tampering with a witness on social media, according to Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson.
Eduardo V. Hernandez, 22, and Adan G. Cerritos-Flores each face two counts of Tampering with a Witness in a Felony Prosecution. If convicted, they could face up to seven years in prison.
According to court records, a series of separate shootings occurred between July 12-13 and on July 16. Shots were fired into multiple occupied residences, some with juveniles inside.
