LINCOLN–(KFOR Aug. 23)–One man is dead after a crash betwen an SUV and a motorcycle Saturday night in north Lincoln.
According to a release from Lincoln Police to KFOR News, the crash happened at 48th and Leighton, in the University Place area, where a white 2014 Chevy Traverse driven by a 29-year-old Lincoln woman, was pulling out of a business parking lot on the east side of 48th Street, turning left to go southbound, when she struck a northbound motorcycle, driven by a 61-year-old Lincoln man.
LPD says the motorcyclist was taken to a hospital by Lincoln Fire and Rescue, where he died from his injuries. Police say the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet…
