The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged a St. Louis man with seven felonies after he allegedly forced his way into an Arnold home, threatened two women and a baby with a gun and shot at a vehicle before fleeing the city, according to court documents.
Lavell Shamar McCulley, 19, of St. Louis on Wednesday, Aug. 13, was charged with first-degree assault, a class B felony; first-degree burglary, a class B felony; unlawful use of a weapon for shooting at a person or vehicle, a class B felony; two counts of unlawful use of a weapon for displaying a gun, both class E felonies; and two counts of armed criminal action, both unclassified felonies, court records show.
