RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – On Saturday, Aug. 23, a Reno group hosted a lemonade stand to raise funds for the “Write with Light Project,” which hosts similar fundraisers nationwide to help improve the lives of people struggling with rare conditions.
“This is my sister’s nonprofit that she started for my niece and other patients like her at Texas Children’s Hospital,” said Laura Bow, a lemonade stand organizer.
