HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — An Evansville man faces charges after police say he detonated an incendiary device at a bus terminal.
Lucas McGuffin, 40, was arrested last night. Police say they saw him yell at a person then throw a butane lighter on the ground. Police say the lighter then detonated.
