Lakeland couple Caleb and Natalie Leonard plan to open Vampire Penguin, a dessert shop offering shaved snow treats, at 215 E. Pine St. this fall alongside Natalie’s parents, Ken and Keni Parks.

The Vampire Penguin brand was started by two brothers, Paolo and Leo San Luis, in 2013.
