LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man in Lancaster County is facing charges after he reportedly refused to allow emergency services to help a child.
Police said they were called to the 100 block of Maplewood Lane in East Donegal Township on August 17 after they were informed that Gerald Eckert, 38, was intoxicated and refusing to allow a child to be treated by EMS.
