Frazer Township’s yearslong struggle over conditions at the Pittsburgh Mills mall hit a critical point Thursday, when a district judge found the property owners guilty of more than 300 code violations.
Magisterial District Judge Michael Giardi issued millions of dollars in fines against four companies that collectively own the mall and surrounding property – Pitt Galleria Realty LLC, Pitt Galleria Nassim LLC, Pitt Galleria CH LLC and Pitt Realty LLC.
