Oregon Motorcycle Rider Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash on Upper Camp Creek Road

Springfield, OR – A Springfield man was killed Thursday evening in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Upper Camp Creek Road, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said deputies responded around 6 p.m. with fire personnel to the 39100 block of Upper Camp Creek Road after receiving reports of the crash.

According to the sheriff’s office, the motorcycle, a 2006 Suzuki SV650, left the roadway while navigating a curve and struck a guardrail. The rider, identified as 57-year-old William Sean Yoder of Springfield, was the only person on the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene…
