‘Super excited!’: Bethlehem brewery expands operations with new canalside taproom

DURHAM TWP., Pa. — A popular brewery in Northampton County is creating a buzz with a second location, offering unique craft beer, cocktails, wine and coffee, while also satisfying food cravings with made-on-site pizzas, dips and other eats.

Wishful Thinking Brewing Company, offering craft beer such as IPAs and pale lagers along with other specialty drinks and hand-crafted food, on Thursday opened a second location at 1400 Easton Road in Durham Township, Bucks County, just south of Riegelsville, co-owner Jackie Breslin said.

The Riegelsville area spot previously housed various eateries, including Someday Cafe, The Hungry Locktender, TOAST and, most recently, Cedar Union Cafe.
