Officers identified the suspect as 31-year-old Jalen Ward, SPD said. He was arrested for kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, and stalking.

The victim was in her residence on the 100 Block of Grove Street when the known suspect forced his way inside, grabbed and pulled her outside. After a witness intervened, the suspect fled, SPD said.
