BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Drivers heading east out of Birmingham were met with delays Monday morning.
As of 5:14 a.m., one lane of traffic was open at Messer Airport Highway just before the Interstate 20/59 split.
ALGO is calling the incident a moderate crash with lane blockage as police on the scene have the right two lanes closed, leaving morning drivers with just one lane to get through the area…
