AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — On Monday, the Amarillo Symphony announced the appointment of Dr. Kathleen Carter Bell as the new Artistic Director for Chamber Music Amarillo.
Dr. Bell is an accomplished oboist and passionate chamber musician who serves as the Assistant Professor of Oboe at West Texas A&M University. Her appointment is recognized for bringing a dynamic vision and strong connections to the Texas Panhandle music community, as noted by university officials.
