BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A family continues to look for answers after Marcus Oubre was last seen in Baton Rouge two years ago.
Drivers may see billboards across the city, donated by Lamar Advertising, to raise awareness of Oubre’s disappearance. He was last seen around 10 p.m. Aug. 23, 2023, at the Walmart on Siegen Lane. His car was later found crashed and abandoned in St. John the Baptist Parish.
“My dad is more than words could ever capture. He’s the kind of man whose love shows in the quiet sacrifices, the endless giving, the way he always puts others before himself,” Sa’Niyah Oubre, Oubre’s daughter, said.
