Former MD Anderson researcher charged with data theft for China

HOUSTON (KIAH) — A former MD Anderson researcher is being accused of stealing confidential research data, as authorities claim he tried to take the information back to his home country of China. Court documents detail how Yunhai Li, who left his position at MD Anderson in July, was apprehended at the airport just days after his resignation.
