PACE’s OUTnorthLa Film Festival returns for 14th year in Shreveport

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – People Acting for Change and Equality (PACE) will host its 14th OUTnorthLa Film Festival September 5-11 at the Robinson Film Center in downtown Shreveport.

The schedule of events is as follows:

  • Friday, September 5 (Opening Night)
  • 7:30 p.m. – screening of “A Nice Indian Boy” starring Jonathan Groff with a Q&A hosted by Dr. Jaya McSharma
  • Saturday, September 6
  • 6-7:30 p.m. – reception ($10 entry, free hors d’oeuvres and cash bar)
  • 7:30 p.m. – 25th anniversary screening of “Sordid Lives” starring Beau Bridges, Delta Burke, Olivia Newton-John, and Leslie Jordan
  • Writer/director Del Shores and actor Emerson Collins will be present at the reception and lead a Q&A…
