LATHAM – A 21-year-old Schenectady woman who was passed out behind the wheel of her car at Taco Bell was found to be impaired by drugs on Sunday, Aug. 3.
According to reports, Colonie police responded to the restaurant on Loudon Road at 2:16 a.m. and found the woman unconscious. She was given field sobriety tests and evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert on the scene, and taken into custody.
The woman was charged with DWAI-Drugs, a misdemeanor, and released with an appearance ticket for Colonie Town Court on Monday, Aug. 18…
