Milling and paving work on Duke Street between Roth Street and Wheeler Avenue is scheduled to begin Sunday, Aug. 24, weather permitting, according to the City.
The roadwork will take place at night to reduce traffic impacts. Work hours will be Sunday through Thursday, 8 p.m.- 5 a.m. No work will take place Sunday, Aug. 31 and Monday, Sept. 1 due to the Labor Day holiday.
Expect periodic lane closures and potential delays at these times to ensure safe working conditions. Drivers are encouraged to stay aware and alert while sharing the road with milling and paving crews.
