Repeat offender arrested in violent Southwest Baltimore carjacking

BALTIMORE, MD — A 21-year-old man with a prior carjacking arrest is back in custody after allegedly assaulting and robbing a driver at gunpoint in the early morning hours on Prudence Avenue earlier this month, according to Baltimore Police.
