RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department placed two teenagers in custody after a traffic stop on St. Andrews Road.
Deputies said a vehicle improperly turned around 8:30 p.m. on Friday in the 900 block of St. Andrews Rd and began a stop.
