GR may pursue organizers after 2 shot at car meetup

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Grand Rapids Police Department is investigating a shooting and car fire at the latest illegal car meetup that played out over the weekend.

This latest party played out on the Southeast side of the city, off of Steel Case Dr. near 36th St. It was planned, like many meetups before, clandestinely on the internet.
