2-Liter Bottle Throw Leads to Felony Charge and Arrest
MULBERRY, Fla. – A verbal dispute at a local convenience store escalated to a violent felony battery after a man threw a full 2-liter bottle of soda at an employee, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
On Sunday, August 3, at approximately 6:30 p.m., deputies responded to a battery call at the Seven Star store located at 6940 Old Highway 37 in Bradley, south of Mulberry. Upon arrival, they found an adult male employee bleeding profusely from a head injury.
