The Gwinnett County Police Department is forming partnerships with four of the county’s community improvement districts to use cameras to fight crime.
On Aug. 19, county commissioners approved agreements with the Gwinnett Place, Sugarloaf, Gateway85 and Evermore CIDs that will add more Flock cameras in the community. Three of those CIDs are located along the Interstate 85 corridor while the fourth one, the Evermore CID, is located along the U.S. Highway 78 corridor in south Gwinnett.
