The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Victoria Jovinelly, 32, for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
According to the report, police saw Jovinelly walking near the 2200 block of Huntingdon Pike in Huntingdon Valley on the afternoon of July 18. She “was stumbling and appeared lethargic, with slow and slurred speech,” police said…
