RPD makes arrest in Lexington Avenue hit-and-run, victim dies

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a hit-and-run on Lexington Avenue.

On August 9, around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to Lexington Avenue and Straub Street for a report of a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found a man, identified as 64-year-old Moung No, with life-threatening injuries.

An investigation by police found that the vehicle, allegedly driven by 21-year-old Jordyn Green, was traveling eastbound on Lexington Avenue when it struck No. It is alleged by police that Green got out of the vehicle, checked on the victim, and proceeded to flee the scene…
