LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) — As of 5:30 p.m., our anticipated cold front has begun tracking into northeastern Lubbock County. This front is bringing easterly winds and colder air, dropping temperatures around 10 to 15 degrees compared to locations out ahead of the front.
The chances for rainfall are slim, but a few showers have tried to develop behind and along the boundary, so the chances are not zero that some may see rainfall. The good news is that no severe weather will be expected with this.
