SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – People living at Jenny Lind Apartments in Springfield say they’re still trying to be heard after more than a year without elevators.
Several people attended the city council meeting on Monday night, not only to address their current situation but also to submit letters they had been writing to draw the attention of city leaders.
