SPOKANE, Wash. — Washington State Patrol (WSP) is asking for help locating a missing Indigenous man who was last seen on August 4 in Spokane.
WSP says 27-year-old Frank Buck was last seen on August 4, leaving a care facility off of East Cozza Drive in Spokane and heading in an unknown direction.
Buck is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes, and it is unknown what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance…
