A driver was seriously injured early Monday after their van collided with a dump truck on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Lehigh County, state police said.
Pennsylvania State Police Cpl. Richard Levan, public information officer for Troop T, told lehighvalleylive.com troopers were dispatched just after 12:40 a.m. to the southbound lanes at mile marker 67.5 in Washington Township, Lehigh County.
The dump truck driver, a 44-year-old man from Hellertown, was working on a paving project at Exit A-68, and was using the Exit 67 southbound gates as a turn-around, Levan said…
